Get permission-filtered personal editions

GET https://app.hover.team/api/v1/hover/personal-editions

Synchronize and return the caller's latest Morning Daily Brief and End-of-Day Roundup. Hover derives the upstream teammate identity from verified participant bindings; the client cannot select an identity. Every passage is re-authorized through its native generated update and current confirmed Space membership. Suggested prose never creates a Todo.
